Incumbent will provide support for animal modeling and immunological assays for evaluating bacterial vaccines. Animal experiments will be conducted to test the efficacy of vaccine candidates and to provide samples of in vivo grown bacteria for analysis of antigen expression. Incumbent will also perform in vitro assays to evaluate vaccine efficacy.1.
